Gizzy & Ferrari's Story...
It's PAIR TIME again <3
Meet Gizzy (left) and Ferrari (right).

Sadly, the living situation has changed for their broken-hearted owner who is having to give up two of their four dogs and wants these two to be very loved, safe, and together.

Happy to have so many supporters who believe in keeping pairs together, we're asking for many shares on these to get these two young seniors adopted together.

Gizzy & Ferrari are two darling Shih Tzu's available through Pathways Home Animal Rescue. Gizzy is 10 years old and is a handsome boy giving you a wink with his one eye. Ferrari, who is 9 years old, is equally delightful. Both are very easy going, impeccably mannered, housebroken, sweet as can be, loving, and carry a nice bounce about them as they follow their person around the house. Their foster gives them five stars :)

You may request an adoption application if you'd like to meet them, or meet them Sunday at Pet Club (93rd St & Shea Blvd in Scottsdale). Adoption event is 11am-2pm.
Adoption fee for the pair is $260.00. Both are up to date on vaccines, vet checked, microchipped, and both have just had full dentals for snuggling fresh breath.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Gizzy & Ferrari, a Phoenix Shih Tzu dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shih Tzu for sale in Phoenix, or seeking a Shih Tzu dog from a breeder in Phoenix.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phoenix already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phoenix breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shih Tzu breeders who help with Shih Tzu rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phoenix paves the way for another one to be saved.
