Java is currently in foster care with a 69yo foster mom, 2 senior Great Pyrenese and 7 cats. All rescued. Java is great on-leash and loves to go for walks every day. HOUSEBROKEN. Would make an excellent companion for a hiker, runner or distance walker, as well.

date of birth: March 2, 2015...adoption fee: $125
HAPPY & contented outdoors in nice weather, but prefers hanging out on the couch with the kitties, if she can get away with it.

MUST have 5' fenced-in yard OR have daily outdoor exercise regime.
Java TOTALLY ENJOYS a good workout, whenever the opportunity arises.
Adoption fee: $125 includes spay, micro-chip, all yrly vax, Bordatella and 3 yr Rabies vaccines, parasite-free, current on heart worm and flea/tick prevention, current health certificate for out-of-state adoptions-issued within 3 days of transport, Martingale collar and leash and beef knee cap bone).

All of Howlin4Spirit's pups have been rescued from an unwanted, abandonment or neglectful situation in Rutherford County, NC. Rutherford Co does NOT have a shelter for adoptable pets. Only a 'high-kill' Animal Control operated by the Sheriff's Dept.
H4S CARes gives local folks an alternative to taking their pets to this disease-exposed and/or possibly fatal situation at Animal Control.

This pup will remain in foster care in Rutherfordton, NC until the right matching home is approved.

Where there is a scent hound or guardian breed being considered for adoption, and in homes where children reside or will be visiting, a secured(not electric) fenced-in yard is required.
All potential adopters are required to be at least 25 yrs and complete the application below, at your earliest convenience, to help secure the pup of your choice.

Upon receipt of your application, we will acknowledge your application in an email and immediately send out a questionnaire to your 3 personal references.
To help your chances of adopting the pup of your 1st choice, be sure to contact/ask all references to reply at their most earliest convenience. Also, give your vet's office permission to release your information to Howlin4Spirit. We will be contacting everyone within 2 business days.

Upon approval of this adoption, & to hold the dog/pup of your choice, we require the pup's adoption fee to be sent to our secure PayPal.com acct at: h4s_cares@yahoo.com.

Upon approval of your application, all out-of-state(NC) adopted pups are transported to their fur-ever families via 'Save Them All', a bonded commercial pet transport service, from western NC along the eastern seaboard to as far N as Vermont. Their fee is $100 to as far N as NYC and Long Island, and $125 to all points N of NYC/Long Island(CT/MA/RI/NH/VT).
