Lucy is a 6yr old female Poodle looking for her forever home. She is hypoallergenic/non shedding and weighs in around 12-15lbs. We saved this girl from the county shelter after her owner surrendered her. Soon af ter she went to a loving foster home she developed pancreatitis from undisclosed diabetes, and was already in diabetic Ketoacidosis. Many do not survive this but Lucy is a fighter and has made a full recovery. She is on insulin twice a day to control her diabetes, but complies with this very well. She also had to have many teeth removed so she is on a soft food diet. Her walk is a bit funny, like she is double jointed, but this doesn't slow her down. She loves to walk and play. Lucy is a sweet, loving, mellow girl. She is good with other dogs, good with gentle kids, enjoys playing with cats. She's pretty mellow, loves attention, and loves playing in water. If you are looking for a best buddy to cuddle with Lucy is your girl. She is housebroken. She walks well on a leash and rides well in the car. She is spayed, up to date on vaccines, chipped, vet checked, licensed, comes with 30 days of free pet insurance, and comes with a free vet visit. Her adoption fee is $280. To meet her, contact her foster Sam 520-280-6450. On weekends, call for location as we have off site adoption events that some of our dogs attend 602-944-2440
