My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, My name is Tokyo! I'm a 1-1/2 year old neutered male Spaniel mix. I'm a super sweet affectionate love bug. I'm an outgoing guy who loves long walks, playing with my canine companions and getting affection from my human friends!

Here's a little bit about my background. In September 2016, my owners decided they didn't want me for whatever reason. I have no clue why, since I'm the coolest dog around! They decided to take me to the South LA shelter. If you know anything about the pound, you know that it's not the safest place for a dog to be. But, I kept my head high and my tail wagging, hoping that someone would come rescue me before my time was up.

And, guess what?!? CageFree came across my happy face, got me out of the scary shelter, and introduced me to the pack at their facility. I'm having a great time here, while I'm waiting for my new family to come along. I get to play with other pups, sun bathe, what could be better? Well, of course, a forever home would be better!

I'm ready to go to my new home right away. I have all my shots and I've been microchipped, too.
