Rue has been through quite a bit in her lifetime. She first came into HSCC care in April 2015 due to being hit by a car. She had a 2 broken legs, both on the left side. She recovered beautifully from her surgeries and was adopted in October 2015. Unfortunately her new family had an unexpected situation arise and was unable to take Rue with them when they moved due the dog policy.
Rue is fun young lady. She is a very laid back dog, couch potato actually but she also likes to go for walks and enjoys outside laying in the sunshine.
She has a high prey drive. Small furry/hyper animals excite her so no small or hyper dogs and no cats. She currently resides in a foster home with 5 other medium size dogs and they get along great.
Rue loves people and children. In her former home she was best friends with 3 small children.
She is a 3 year old red nose pitt. UTD on all shots, spayed and microchipped.
