Facts about Calvin: a Real Cute Cuddler

  • Breed: Domestic Shorthair
  • Color: White (Mostly)
  • Age: Kitten
  • Sex: Male
  • ID#: 10591462-Tara
  • Hair: Short

With his distinctive facial markings, Calvin was living with a colony of cats in back of an apartment building in Bay Ridge. This sweet, beautiful boy had it rough during his first few months of life, when he had to search for food and stay clear of the many dangerous threats awaiting him in outdoor life.

Now that he’s safe indoors with his foster mom and foster siblings, Calvin is thriving and showing off his affectionate side. He loves other cats and must be adopted to a home with a young, active kitty for a playmate. When he isn’t having fun with his feline friends, he’s cuddling with his humans and purring upon contact!

Calvin is neutered, FeLV/FIV negative, and up to date on vaccines. If you’d like to meet him, contact Tara Green at catsbkny@gmail.com!

Thank you for thinking of animals in need - your support allows us to help the next furry sweetheart!

About Brooklyn Animal Action

About Our Rescue Group...

We are a Brooklyn-based group of volunteers committed to improving the lives of animals in distress by working with our communities. We are dedicated to Trap-Neuter-Release programs, finding homes for adoptable animals, performing community outreach and education, and engaging in advocacy.

Come Meet Our Pets...

Please email us at BrooklynAnimalAction@gmail.com if you are interested in meeting one of our rescued cats.

Our Adoption Process...

Interested adopters can visit our animals in their foster homes. If they would like to adopt one of our animals, they must fill out an adoption application. If that is approved, they then complete an adoption contract. We also ask for a donation to help us continue our work.
