From the Foster: This is Cannon. He's a 2 years old and 65 lbs of love. He's a very sweet boy that loves snuggling! He's laid back, super friendly, and has manners! He's currently living with a foster dog brother, and they get along great. Although Cannon loves other dogs, he's still learning how to play in large groups so a dog park might not be the best place for him. I think he'd do better in situations with one or two dogs vs. a whole pack he doesn't know! He's potty trained and we're working on crate training as he cries when he's left. Currently he will sit and lay down for treats and is learning to "take treats nice' :) He would do well with continued obedience like most younger pups. Fenced yard is a plus!
All dogs are in individual foster homes throughout the Twin Cities.

If you live in MN, WI, IA, SD, ND, or IL and would like to meet/adopt this animal or anyone else, then please fill out an adoption application at http://secondhandhounds.org/
Note - We change an animal's listing to say "PENDING ADOPTION" when they already had a meet and greet with a family who plans to adopt that animal. We put "NO LONGER ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS" on a listing when an animal has multiple applications in and the foster has asked to stop accepting any more while they review the applications they've already received.
