Here's what the humans have to say about me:
(ID #A25211626) Hi, my name is George
I am a three year old Lab/Chow mix. I first came to the shelter as a stray. Some kind soul found me roaming the street trying to find food and shelter. My past at that time was completely unknown but the staff learned that I am a sweet boy. I was adopted but sadly returned because I wasn't housebroken and my family didn't want to take the time to help me learn that skill.
At least here at the shelter I have my basic needs met, like food and water plus a roof over my head. However, I am longing to find my forever home and a family to love. I have plenty of love to give. Do you have room in your heart and your home for me?? Come and have a meet-n-greet with me.
I am a young fellow at heart. I have been checked out by a veterinarian and neutered. I received a set of preventative shots and have been wormed. I have tested negative for heartworms. I have also been microchipped.
I am being sponsored by Sheltered Paws Dog Rescue. That means they are providing you with a getting started Goodie Bag when you adopt me. The bag contains a collar, leash, ID tag, training DVD, CD with helpful articles, booklet with training information, toy, and treats. You will receive a Rebate Certificate that can be used towards payment of a training course with the trainer of your choice. Sheltered Paws will rebate back to you a dollar value up to but not to exceed $100.00.
You can contact my friend Lori by emailing laking@cinci.rr.com for more information on how I can become part of your family.
