Bodhi's Info...

I am already neutered and up to date with shots.

Bodhi's Story...
Bodhi is a very energetic, playful, and cuddly kitten! He loves to climb up on your shoulder to snuggle and much of the time he is happy to be held. Although he has a fun and energetic personality, Bodhi does love to have his quiet and alone time usually under the bed. But if you come to find him he is happy to play!
He is currently getting used to a year old puppy in his foster home--It has taken just less than a week for Bodhi to be comfortable in the same room as the dog, and in closer proximity, however he still does not want to interact directly with him. He has not had contact with other house cats while in our care.
We have had no trouble with scratching or chewing household items. And he has yet to discover the counters!

All HART kittens and cats are vet checked, combo tested, spayed or neutered, up to date on all vaccines, microchipped, and on flea and tick preventative.

If you are interested in any of our kitties, you must complete an online cat adoption application - Click Here. The application will put you in touch with this wonderful cat's foster family so you can schedule a meeting. Thanks!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bodhi, a Cincinnati Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Cincinnati, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Cincinnati.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Cincinnati already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Cincinnati breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Cincinnati paves the way for another one to be saved.
