This beautiful boy is Bentley and he needs a new home. Bentley is about 6 years old and a bit skinny at 66-69 pounds. His favorite things in the world are playing frisbee and fetch. He loves women and kids, but can be a little shy with new men. He is okay with other dogs.
Bentley and the hound that he lived with are having some disagreements although he is fine in the dog park with other pups. He used to live with another GSD and they got along well together. His owner feels that he would do best if he went to someone who had GSD experience.
Bentley is a true "Velcro dog" and will not leave your side at home. He is happy indoors, but needs to be active and kept busy. He has scratched doors and escaped the yard numerous times when left unsupervised. He has never been crated. He might do best in a home where someone was home a lot of the time though.
Bentley is a love and would be a great hiking buddy or playmate for kids. He is neutered and is up to date on his shots.
Bentley is NOT with Eleventh Hour Rescue. If you are interested in him, please contact his current owner Rebecca by emailing her at firstname.lastname@example.org
