Our boy Katanga is the new poster boy for all things fun. Games of fetch is his favorite pastimes, and while he may still be at that goofy stage he responds well and is eager to please. He enjoys the company of other dogs and his foster mom says he is a good boy who has a contemplative personality and likes to watch all the activity going on. He is good in his crate and we think he will do really well with any training. Katanga would love a family to play with and would happily join is all the activities!
All puppies have been carefully screened for disposition and temperament in order to provide your home with a safe companion that will enjoy life as your new family member. If you are interested in meeting one of our dogs an approved application must be on file with PINC first. PINC's adoption fee covers shots through date of adoption (all puppies receive 2 vaccinations before adoption), surgery (spay or neuter), microchip and microchip registration. If you'd like to be considered for adopting him please visit our website at www.pawsitiveimpactnc.org and look for the Applications tab and complete the Adoption Application. We promise Katanga can't wait to meet you!
***Because our rescue is composed entirely of volunteers and we require a home check for each of our adoptable pets prior to them going to their new homes, local applications will take precedence. We will accept out of town applications, but any family further than 40 miles from Monroe is responsible for finding a representative of a rescue local to them that is willing to perform the home check. All out of town applicants will also have to be willing to drive to Monroe to meet/pick up the pet as soon as the application is approved.***
