Facts about Tegin

Black, short hair, female, born approx. 4/1/15, #12319

Tegin was found with her weaned kittens and taken to a vet to be checked out; another rescue took in the kittens to rehome while Rescue House stepped in to help their mom. Tegin was named for the lady who rescued the family.

Tegin is an absolute doll! This sweet sweet cat loves to have her chin scratched, though don’t forget to pet her back—Tegin will arch up and do the "elevator butt" in appreciation. Tegin really can’t get enough rubs and attention (aside from her belly—off limits, thanks), though she’s not a one-trick pony. She loves to play with almost any toy, though especially likes the interactive ones on a string that bounce around. Tegin is very social and friendly and her purr motor is on most of the time. She’s a charming sweetheart.

Tegin seems okay with other cats, though they aren’t her priority—you are! She’d much rather a human pet and play with her than anyone else. We don’t yet know her feelings on dogs, though she could likely do well with respectful children.

They don’t come much sweeter than Tegin. Will you be the lucky one to take this girl home and enjoy a life of joy and companionship?
