Like all kittens, Jordy is full of fun. He can make a toy out of anything — a piece of paper or any “real” cat toy. Like his siblings, he loves to chase a broom when it’s trying to sweep the floor around their litter boxes. He could play with the other kitties 24/7 if he didn’t need to sleep and eat. He has his first shots, is negative for FIV and feleuk. Will need his second shots and his rabies shot when he’s old enough.

His little family was living alone in an apt parking lot. That was Aug. 9 and the babies were about 2 wks old. They all will be fixed on Sept. 26 and the babies will be about 9 wks old then. Their birthdate as July 26. They’ll be available for adoption after their surgery.

Jordy, nor his siblings have been around other cats except each other, but play under the door with their foster's other cats and her 55 lb dog sits at the door and they also put their little paws under the door when she’s there. They’ve seen the other cats and the dog when their foster open the door to go in to feed and take care of them but just haven’t interacted with them in person. But being so young, they’d adjust fine to other pets!  We suggest having other cats with so he’s not lonely. Litter mates make the best pairs and friends, so his siblings: Rocky, Molly, and Nicky would be a great match!

Jordy is the life of the party, and he's looking forward to partying all his life with you.  Call us at A Welcome Home Animal Rescue!

About A Wecome Home Animal Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

A Welcome Home Animal Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit created to help the homeless, hurt and/or abandoned animals. Our end goal is to place each animal in a permanent, loving home where all their needs will be met. We believe every animal deserves humane treatment. We believe in our role as caretakers, protecting those who cannot defend themselves, speaking for those who cannot speak for themselves.

Come Meet Our Pets...

Because we are not a shelter, do not have a boarding facility, and are not connected with any other agency, we always welcome foster homes where animals can stay temporarily. We also welcome all tax-deductible donations from individuals or foundations.
No donation is too small.

Our Adoption Process...

To Do All We Can to Aid in the Rescue, Safety and Welfare of Stray and Abandoned Animals to end as much suffering as possible.

We realize we cannot save the world … but we can try by working with each rescued animal on an individual basis.
