Meet Pearl, one sweetheart of a girl who recently came to the Coronado Animal Care Facility as a stray and is now ready for her forever home. Pearl is a female Beagle Mix who is 2 years old and weighs 12 pounds.

This beautiful girl tends to be shy, however, once in your arms and lap she relaxes and accepts snuggles and kisses. Pearl walks nicely on a leash and rides well in a car. She is friendly with other dogs and would welcome a home with another canine pal. Pearl would do best in a household with older children or adults who are full of patience and love, allowing her to gain confidence in her new surroundings. She is a quick study when it comes to obedience, so continued training will be easy for her. Come meet Pearl today and see how this precious gem of a girl can complete your household.

The Coronado Animal Care Facility (ACF) is open 9:00am – 4:00pm daily, except major holidays. It is located at 1395 First Street, at the south end of the Ferry Landing complex.

If you are interested in an adoption, first please come meet the dog at the Coronado ACF. Then submit a dog adoption application and meet with a PAWS of Coronado dog adoption counselor. You may complete an application at the Coronado ACF, the online dog adoption application or email dogadoptions@pawsofcoronado.org.
