Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Snoopy has been at the shelter for a few months. she was found as a stray so her age is a guess. We don't know how this sweet shy dog survived. she does not lunge ,jump or push to be petted or seen so she rarely gets looked at , at the shelter. She might even cower if she hears loud noises. If you love gentle dogs and want to take one who needs a home..Pllease look at Snoopy and give her some time. She wont' come around immediately but she will if you give her a chance. she might be housebroken she came in already spayed.
The shelter is at 650 John Howell Memorial Drive ,(off Wilma Sigmon Rd) in Lincolnton. It is newly remodeled too. Hours of operation for adopting are 11 to 4:30 , Mon-sat. Ph: 704 736 4125. you can adopt the same day and the dog then goes to the vet to be spayed or neutered and you pick up at the vets. For only $ 40 special (normally $85 )you get the spay or neuter, rabies vaccines, disease preventative vaccination a worming, a microchip and even 30 days of free pet health insurance. Their lives depend upon your adoption.
