Lacy's Story...
Hello! My name is Lacy. I'm an adorable, light colored, 3-year-old Red-Tick Coonhound mix with a heart of pure gold. I'm quite the playful lady and enjoy having plethora of toys to play with! It's fun to run around with toys and chew on them! I would love a new best friend to take me on walks and explore the world around us! Wouldn't that be fun!? I think so! I really am a sweet, friendly, and happy gal that gets along with just about everyone I meet, even other dogs and cats! I know my perfect home is out there looking for a gal like me, so what do you say? Could you be the one to take me home?

Her adoption fee is $250.00, which includes shots, spay, micro-chip, Heart worm test, flea treatment and worming.

If you are interested in adopting Lacy email adoptions@nwkare.org and request an application.
Once the application is received and approved we will set up a meet and greet for you.

We only adopt to the Western WA area.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lacy, a Silverdale Redtick Coonhound dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Redtick Coonhound for sale in Silverdale, or seeking a Redtick Coonhound dog from a breeder in Silverdale.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Silverdale already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Silverdale breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Redtick Coonhound breeders who help with Redtick Coonhound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Silverdale paves the way for another one to be saved.
