Hoola's Story...
Meet Hoola! She is a one-year-old, smart, playful, loving, Aussie/Catahoula mix. She has such a warm, happy personality. She eagerly responds well when called, and loves getting hugs and pets. Hoola is also super smart, learned to "sit" on command in about 5 minutes of training, is already potty trained, and never stops wagging her tail. She is also visually impaired, though you would never know it. She needs no special care, once she learns her way around your house, which happened at her foster's house in just one short afternoon. This very happy girl needs a forever home! Hoola is a very sweet and outgoing girl. She loves to play with other dogs and loves all humans. Hoola does well in the house and car. She is spayed, heartworm negative, microchipped and current on her shots. This sunny girl is ready to meet you! She is being fostered in Mill Valley in the SF Bay Area.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Hoola, a Red Bluff Catahoula Leopard Dog/Australian Shepherd dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Catahoula Leopard Dog/Australian Shepherd for sale in Red Bluff, or seeking a Catahoula Leopard Dog/Australian Shepherd dog from a breeder in Red Bluff.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Red Bluff already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Red Bluff breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Catahoula Leopard Dog/Australian Shepherd breeders who help with Catahoula Leopard Dog/Australian Shepherd rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Red Bluff paves the way for another one to be saved.
