POOPSEY's Story...

This is our beautiful little round apple-headed, POOPSEY. She was surrendered to the shelter at 8 yrs. old because her purrson was relocating to Florida and didn't want to take her. Poopsey always cries and reaches out to us because she is so lonely and wants our love and attention.

At first we thought that perhaps she may have been ill and took her to the vet. But there was nothing clinically wrong...just a broken little heart. Come to the shelter to meet our Poopsey and you just may fall in love.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

POOPSEY, a Cliffside Park Russian Blue cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Russian Blue for sale in Cliffside Park, or seeking a Russian Blue cat from a breeder in Cliffside Park.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Cliffside Park already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Cliffside Park breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Russian Blue breeders who help with Russian Blue rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Cliffside Park paves the way for another one to be saved.
