RALPH - THINKS HE'S A DOG!'s Story...
Ralph showed up at a nice woman's home in the country. She has no clue how he got there or where he came from. She eventually called Furry Friends asking for help because Ralph was not the average kitty that showed up and then disappeared. Ralph was special and super SUPER friendly. This poor lady was allergic to cats, but even so she let Ralph live in her garage. Because she knew he deserved better, she gave him to a neighbor who had cats; however, within 24 hours he had returned so at this point, not wanting him to be eaten by a coyote and knowing just how amazing he was, she asked Furry Friends if they had room for him and he entered our foster/adoption program. Oftentimes cats are not quite as awesome as people describe, but in this case, Ralph was even better. His foster mom has a thing for big orange toms and cats like Ralph are the reason. He is super outgoing and friendly. Ralph is a "dog-cat." Ralph gets along with cats, dogs and kids. He is a large boy and vet aged at around a year old so he may even get larger. If you, too, know how amazing orange cats can be which causes you to have a "thing" for them just like Ralph's foster mom, then fill out an application and adopt this awesome boy today. Ralph is the best!

For further information please contact us at www.furryfriendsanimalrescue.org/contact-us or call 214-676-2434. Anyone interested in our cats will be required to fill out an adoption application. Why Adoption is a Great Option

RALPH - THINKS HE'S A DOG!, a Plano Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Plano, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Plano.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Plano already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Plano breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Plano paves the way for another one to be saved.
