Radar is a sweet lovable girl who is about 2-3 years old. She was a rescue dog found in a home with over 50 additional animals all in kennels. Radar was in deplorable conditions and was stabbed with a knife by her owner before she was rescued. She is extremely loyal and affectionate once she is comfortable with you. She does great with other doggies. Uncertain about little humans because she tends to be skittish from previous abuse and needs gentle attention. She is scared of men with deep voices and is scared by shouting. She thrives around women and soft spoken males. The only behavior issue we have is her running away when she is home with my adult son. He has a loud voice and she will not go near him when I am not there, however she will happily sit on his lap and approach him for treats while I am home. While we love her very much our goal is to find her a home where she is completely comfortable and happy. She is fixed and a healthy dog. She does require toys to chew and play with or she will chew.
