I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Rugar's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Rugar's Story...
I'm Rugar. I'm a pretty laid back guy. I do love to play with other dogs, though, and cats, too! I enjoy toys like ropes, antlers and stuffed things and I only chew on those things I'm supposed to... I won't destroy your home! My foster family has taught me to sit, which I do really well, and now I'm working on laying down on command. Ruff life but, hey, somebody's gotta do it! Take me home! You will find a loyal, faithful, obedient companion. A fenced yard would be nice, but since I'm so good at following commands, it's not essential - after we bond, I'll be sure and stick real close!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rugar, a Wichita Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Wichita, or seeking a Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Wichita.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Wichita already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Wichita breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Wichita paves the way for another one to be saved.
