U want to talk about culture shock? Lilly came from the streets of Cairo Egypt and life in the US could not be any different. Think about being plucked up and plopped down somewhere unknown where absolutely everything about ur world has changed....drastically. This dog's world has been turned upside down - the sights, smells, language, sounds, tastes - it's all foreign to her. If it were any of us, we'd be curled up in a fetal position on the floor. That's just one of the incredible qualities about dogs.....they are resilient.
As Lilly learns to acclimate to life in America, we are on the search for her new family. Lilly is a silly, happy girl who will bring a smile to ur face for sure :) She gets along with other dogs and with kids however we are thinking a home with older kids may be best. Not because she has ever shown aggression - but just because the energy level and activity level of a home with young kids may be ALOT for her to take on. Remember - she has never even touched carpet before she arrived to us let alone been in a home with young energetic kids. Lilly saw our vet and she is in great health outside of ear infections and dry skin. She was started on antibiotics and medicated shampoo. We think she is about 1-2 yrs old and no, we don't know her breed LOL. She looks like a white shepherd to me. She weighs about 50lbs.
Adoption fee $400 - includes health exam, deworming, up to date vaccines, microchipped, spay, and 30 days of free pet health insurance.
