My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This is Lady Bug (HWTH#16258A). She is a Chihuahua mix, DOB: 10/14/14. Lady Bug weighs approximately 9 pounds and stands 10 inches at the shoulders. Her owner has a mother who is ill and she is unable to give Lady Bug the attention she deserves and has relinquished Lady Bug to Halfway to Home. Lady Bug is a little shy with strangers and needs to get acquainted before feeling comfortable. She tends to be a "one person" dog and will probably want to be that person's lap dog and bed buddy if he/she so chooses. This behavior may change slightly when Lady Bug feels thoroughly comfortable in her new Forever home. She also likes to give kisses. Lady Bug will need lots of love, good-quality human companionship, structure and a moderate amount of exercise to keep her fit and occupied. She is good with other dogs.
