Horton's Info...

Horton's Story...
Horton and his litter mates were rescued from a high kill shelter in Bakersfield. They are only 9 weeks old and ready for a nice warm secure place to call home forever. They are chubby little fluff balls. We are guessing they will be in the 50 pound range full grown. Horton weighs 8 pounds. All dogs in our program are up to date on all their shots, spayed or neutered, and micro chipped. Also included is a lifetime membership to www.mypettrainer.com, and www.lostmypet.com. One FREE session with our amazing trainer to her Street Obedience Class in downtown Los Angeles is included and not to be missed. The dogs that come out of our program are very well socialized when they leave, both with people, and other dogs. It is up to the new owners to maintain this. We do not place dogs on a first come first serve basis, but rather to the home best suited for them. Bark n' Bitches asks for your support by taking advantage of the generous 20% one time shopping discount once you adopt. An adoption fee, application, contract are required. Please direct all questions to shopbnb@gmail.com. All our dogs can be seen 7 days a week. If you are interested in meeting one of our dogs you can call us at 323 655 0155 after 12:00 noon. Please call ONLY to meet a dog. You can meet our dogs at Bark n' Bitches Dog Boutique, 505 N. Fairfax Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90036.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Horton, a Los Angeles Australian Shepherd puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Shepherd for sale in Los Angeles, or seeking a Australian Shepherd puppy from a breeder in Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Shepherd breeders who help with Australian Shepherd rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
