Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Get out your stationary because you are going to be sending love notes to this sweetheart all year round. Every day will be Valentine's day...literally. Valentine came to us as an emergency owner surrender when her family dynamic changed and she was no longer safe in her home. As with so many rescue pups, Valentine took everything in stride, settled right in with her fosters and quickly stole their hearts. In fact, they quickly began referring to her as the perfect wiggle butt. At 5 years old and approximately 60lbs, V is a great age as she is past the puppy stage but still has a long wonderful life ahead of her. Not to mention, she is already completely housebroken and knows all her basic commands including sit, paw and stay! She is a quiet girl and almost never barks, she's an absolute rockstar on leash and she enjoys time in her crate. She often takes herself in throughout the day for a snooze and she happily sleeps in her crate through the night. In true Boxer style, she loves to cuddle and is all about belly rubs but she still enjoys a good playtime. Valentine lives with other dogs in her foster home and is fine sharing her space but she does not rely on the companionship of her canine siblings and would be perfectly content to be your one true love. Miss Val will flourish in almost any home, even with gentle, respectful kiddos, as she loves everyone she meets.
