Cecily was an attempted TNR (Trapped, Neuter and Return) when it was discovered she was a 5 year old nursing mom. Her kittens were then trapped and reunited with her. Cecily is adjusting to life as a single mom out on the streets to a pampered house cat. She will need someone with a lot of love and patience. Cecily is still learning how to trust humans and that there is a better life than on the streets.
