Annie's Story...
My name is ANNIE and I’m a stunning nine month-old AMERICAN STAFFORDSHIRE TERRIER, looking for love and playmates. I’m a super sweet girl who loves people and other dogs, and if you let me I’ll shower you with big puppy kisses.

I have the cutest jowls that flap when I shake my head, and because I’m such a happy girl I’m always smiling. Most of all I want to please, and find a special person or family of my own.

I love to go to do the dog run and play with all my friends, and if a dog growls at me I turn away as I just want to love everyone and everything :-)

At 55 pounds I’m a big kid at heart and - did I mention? - I love kids, too. Come meet me and let’s have some fun!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Annie, a Long Beach American Staffordshire Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Staffordshire Terrier for sale in Long Beach, or seeking a American Staffordshire Terrier dog from a breeder in Long Beach.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Long Beach already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Long Beach breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Staffordshire Terrier breeders who help with American Staffordshire Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Long Beach paves the way for another one to be saved.
