About For The Love Of Cats Rescue And Adoption

About Our Rescue Group...

We are a group of dedicated volunteers, dedicated to finding homes for abandoned, no longer wanted cats and kittens. We also have a TNR program to prevent more unwanted kittens. We give medical help to injured cats and provide food to people who have cats but find it hard to buy food.

Come Meet Our Pets...

Our cats can be adopted at any time by arranging an appointment at a foster home or meeting at Petsmart on Haggerty Road between 14 and 15 mile Roads.
We have adoption events every Sat. at this Petsmart store from Noon to 4 pm. We bring in just a few of our cats, if there is a cat you see on line you would like to meet, let us know so we will make arrsngements.

Our Adoption Process...

After we receive your application we should get back to you in 2 days at most.
You will fill out a preliminary "getting to know you" pre-adoption. We will interview you and possibly co-adopter, We will talk to your vet, make sure the address you give us is legitimate. When you are approved for adoption you will fill out a Final adoption Form. All of our cats who are adopted have a trial period and may be returned.
We ask $130.00 for kittens that are neutered/spayed and up-to-date on vaccines.
We ask $110 for adults, they are also neutered/spayed up-to-date on vaccines.
We have a Senior cat for Seniors program, People over 65 can foster a cat with no fee, if personal medical issues come up the cat can be returned to us
