Sir George is 5 pounds of cute, adorable 11 month old kitten love.  Sir George has been a part of Diamonds since he was rescued at 4 days old.  He loves other cats, birds and reptiles, kids of all ages, and dogs of all sizes.  He loves everyone he meets! Sir George does have a dragon though.  He has lower GI disease and food allergies.   He is stable on an over the counter no grain no carb canned food and daily medication (he's easy to medicate, about $30/ month)  With his disease, he has trouble doing #2 in the pan. He is the sweetest, easy going mini cat you will ever fall in love with!  Consider giving Sir George a chance, he will make it worth your while!

About Diamonds in the Ruff Animal Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

Diamonds in the Ruff Animal Rescue is a non profit animal rescue organization that is run by a dedicated group of volunteers. Our mission is to protect the welfare of animals, one life at a time, from unnecessary euthanasia. From high kill shelters to foster homes to caring adoptive families, Diamonds in the Ruff handles every aspect of the rescue process. Our animals are examined, vaccinated, spayed or neutered and receive necessary medical treatment. Foster homes are used to provide sanctuary and ensure a successful placement. Our goal is to make the adoption process a kind, informative and rewarding experience because we believe that every animal can become a treasured family pet.

Why we do it:
4 million animals are euthanized each year in the United States.
That is 300,000 a month
Over 11,000 each day
Diamonds in the Ruff Animal Rescue works tirelessly to decrease this statistic.

Come Meet Our Pets...

We are a foster based rescue, but do also have a small shelter. You can contact us at diamondunderdogs@yahoo.com to setup an appointment to come out and check out some of our adoptables.

Our Adoption Process...

We require each applicant to complete an adoption application, followed by a home visit. We also contact personal and veterinarian references. We want to make sure that the next home our furbabies go to, is their last, and that they will be loved like a member of the family.
