Millie's Story...
These sweet girls are 12 week old -- 7-8lb Aussie Lab mix pups who were found dumped on the side of a country road! A Good Samaritan picked them up and fostered for the shelter until we came along to rescue them! They are super sweet puppies! They love to play and are full of life! They love people and other animals! They are utd, dewormed and will be spayed this coming week!

All puppies have a adoption fee of $150 which includes vet check, age appropriate shots, dewormer, rabies shot if atleast 16 weeks of age and spay! Puppies can not go to their adoptive families until they have had 2 sets of shots and been spayed. With an approved application a puppy can be reserved if a $50 non refundable deposit is put down! The deposit will be applied to the adoption fee and $100 will be due at the time of pick up! Get your applications in now!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Millie, a Grand Bay Australian Shepherd/Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Shepherd/Labrador Retriever for sale in Grand Bay, or seeking a Australian Shepherd/Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Grand Bay.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Grand Bay already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Grand Bay breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Shepherd/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Australian Shepherd/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Grand Bay paves the way for another one to be saved.
