Miss Kitty's Story...
Miss Kitty's Story...
I am Miss Kitty and I have been here at Greenhill since May, 2016. I have been waiting patiently while I have watched cats around me go to their forever homes. It's ok, I know my forever home is out there, they just have not discovered me yet. I am looking for a quiet mature home where I will be the only cat. I have done well with a gentle cat-friendly dog in the office where I am being kept. I was brought to the shelter because my person decided to start traveling and no longer wanted me. I love to perch in windows and watch people and critters. I also enjoy lap time, being brushed, and getting belly rubs. I will reward you with sweet little chirps while being brushed and petted. My person said about me, "My husband was sick for a long period of time. She sat on his lap and seemed to take it as her responsibility to take care of him." It seems sad that the same loyalty was not reciprocated to me, but I am still hopeful that a wonderful person or family is out there waiting to offer me a wonderful life. I am not housed on the cattery floor, but in an office nearby, so please ask to meet me the next time you are at the shelter! GJ
