Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Jasper experienced the ultimate betrayal from his human. They walked him into a high kill shelter, sat him down on the counter, said his name is Jasper and walked away. No explanation and no reason. Jasper went to his cold concrete cell very frightened and scared. The fear he exhibited made everyone think he was aggressive. MBR stepped in to give him a chance.
After giving him time to decompress and learn that humans can be trusted again, he has become a very playful, happy boy. He is house trained, crate trained and walks well on a leash. He is however still very fearful of small humans, so therefore no home with a child under 13. He does well with other dogs and cats but seems to mainly enjoy the company of female dogs, big or small.
