Andy is an energetic young dog who is wide open. Pretty much all he knows is 'sit.' He is very attention seeking and would love if you worked with him and trained him, as he'd get a lot of attention and praise that way. He is fine in general with other dogs, but not at meal time. He is reportedly fearful of men and can clear a short fence, no trouble. He needs a secure fence and not to be a yard dog, he needs worked with and to become a family member, not an afterthought.
