My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Labrador Retriever - Red and Chocolate; Male; 3 years; 74 ½ pounds
Homer is a lot of dog! Homer does know some cues like “sit” and “down” but is still in need of more manners classes as he has yet to learn how to say hello to new people like a gentleman and how to walk nicely on a leash. Homer will require a sturdy owner because he may knock you down jumping on you to say hello and get attention until he learns to be gentler. He will need a home with the time, patience and energy to help him learn how to be more of a dignified boy. For a loving diamond in the ruff give Homer a shot.. If you would like more information about Homer and our adoption process, please call the shelter at (760) 753-6413.
