My name is FRANKIE. I am an adorable 5-1/2 year old silver blue dapple. Some might say that I have perhaps been a bit spoiled – but I would say that I have just been well taken care of, as I deserve. I walk on a leash, but am not totally trustworthy off leash. I love to run and might not come back immediately when called. I like being with my family and may have a bit of separation anxiety when left. I prefer a Mom, but older kids would be OK too. And I don’t mind cats. I need a little work on my potty training, but I am very smart and will pick it up rapidly with a little training. I need to be kenneled when riding in a car. I am one very handsome Doxie. Do you have the new home for me?
I am all up to date on the medicals (rabies, bordetella, DHPP, Advantage, neutered) and am looking particularly nice with recent grooming and pedicure. I come with a new leash and collar set, toys and blanket, dog food and a free exam card for my next appointment with our Doxie vet at Best Friends Veterinary Medical Center.
Perhaps if you are not quite ready or able to adopt, you might be willing to help our rescues pass their time in rescue by donating toys and long lasting chew bones. We are also in desperate need of clothes washing soap, disinfectant and Lysol spray. PLEASE HELP. Any assistance would be appreciated!
