Facts about Bitsy
Breed: Domestic Shorthair
already spayed and housetrained.
I am already spayed and housetrained.
Change can be so difficult on some kitties. Bitsy has been shy, but does love her head scratches. She will need a settle-in period in her new home to feel safe and comfortable.UPDATE: Bitsy is a quiet girl, most content to find a comfy chair and spend her day lounging. She is now one of our kitties that is allowed to roam and she is doing much better, and getting along with the other kitties. She will still be a cat that will need time to settle in a new home.
To improve the lives of homeless and abused animals through sheltering, adoption, education and advocacy, as well as the prevention of animal cruelty.
We envision a community in which it is unacceptable to neglect, abuse or abandon animals; in which homeless animals will be given refuge in an appropriate facility; and that ensures every adoptable animal finds a home.
Compassion: We foster a kind and gentle environment for animals and people. Advocacy: We create community partnerships to educate, protect and prevent cruelty to animals. Respect: We acknowledge and value each person's contribution to our organization. Excellence: We cultivate organizational quality and innovation. Stewardship: We are accountable for all resources entrusted to us to ensure our future.
