BOGO Sale! Adopt one, get the other at half price! Russell and Peter are a bonded pair of Chihuahua mixes who were found wandering around the county fairgrounds and were not claimed after numerous announcements and postings. These two are young (estimated 2-3 yrs. old), weigh 8-10 lbs. and are friendly. They need to go to a home together. Russell is the tan and white dog and Peter is the black and tan. Both will be neutered, current on vaccines and microchipped before being adopted. They know a few basic commands and need work on their house-training, but this is all in process with their current foster. They were good around a cat who didn’t run from them, got along well with the big rabbit and do fine with other dogs as long as they don’t have to share their food. They are playful, but are not high energy and they’ve adjusted well to life on a ranch. They both travel well in a car and are good on a leash. They love people, but get scared if a child picks them up, so a home without small children is recommended. These boys would love to have a home where they had a safe yard to play in and a family who will love and care for them. If you are looking for a small entertainment committee who would be devoted to your family, then Russell and Peter could be the ones you’re looking for.
