~~For the few days that we have had Chancellor (Chance for short), he has been doing great! He is a very loving and playful boxer. He gets along great with our 40lb boxer. We have never heard him bark, but he does whine on occasion. According to his papers, he weighs 70lbs, but looks a little skinny to us. He is starting to eat more and more everyday and we are hoping to get some more weight on him. He hasn't had any bathroom accidents in the house!. On one occasion he did have a late night trash can exploration however, that has been the only incident. He holds a lot of saliva in those cheeks of his and isn't the neatest about getting it everywhere HAHAHA! He makes up for it in hugs and kisses! He is very good on a leash and greets strangers while on walks with us. We keep him inside when we are away and outside while we are home and out with him. Chance seems to prefer wherever everyone else is. He definitely needs a large, fenced in yard. We are not sure if it's his heartworms, but he seems to tire quickly. We are waiting on the vet-authorization to find out more. He was apprehensive going inside from outside, but is getting better. He also gets scared/timid very easily by loud noises or approaching him with something in your hand. We are working on all of this with him, but it makes us curious as to how his previous owners treated him. Overall, he is a wonderful, beautiful dog who would be a gift to any loving home!
