Scout's Story...
Hi, I'm Scout! I'm a cute black kitten and a real snuggle enthusiast. (Hugs are the best!) If you promise to give me lots of love, I'll purr 'til the cows come home.

I was rescued from the streets and taken in to the Kitty Bungalow, where I was showered with snacks and endless petting. Now I can't wait to find my forever home and have someone to play with all the time!

I would love to go home with my brother, Jem, so that he can be my playmate and cuddle buddy for life!

I've been fixed, vaccinated, dewormed, and microchipped, so make an appointment today to come and meet me! http://www.kittybungalow.org/adoption-questionnaire

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Scout, a Los Angeles American Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Shorthair for sale in Los Angeles, or seeking a American Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Shorthair breeders who help with American Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
