Lucky is a 1.5 year old female Fox Terrier mix who was owner surrendered due to personal issues. She was having to live in a pen most of the time instead of with the family, and they opted to give her up to a better life. She's very sweet, very submissive with other dogs, gets along with cats and kids, and is working on manners, crate and potty training. Lucky would be a good dog for a family with children or anyone looking for a sweet, moderately energetic dog who adjusts well to new environments. Lucky weighs about 30 pounds.
The Wichita Animal Action League, or WAAL, is an all-volunteer, licensed rescue and 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization created in November 2013 to advocate for all abused, neglected and abandoned animals in the Wichita, Kansas area. WAAL is an action oriented group dedicated to rescuing animals in crisis.
