Alpha's Story...
Pictures do not do Alpha justice! This amazing little girl is ready to find her new forever home. She is tiny weighing in at less than 30 pounds. She is a fun loving sweet girl that loves to run and play but will also lay in your lap for hours. She was rescued from a puppy mill/hoarding situation. She is approximately two years old, up-to-date on all vaccines and spayed. She is house trained and crate trained. She does great with other dogs and adores people. For more information on her please email me at sekutz@yahoo.com. She must be kept as an indoor dog and a fenced in yard is required. Her asking adoption fee is $250.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Alpha, a Oliver Springs Border Collie dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Border Collie for sale in Oliver Springs, or seeking a Border Collie dog from a breeder in Oliver Springs.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Oliver Springs already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Oliver Springs breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Border Collie breeders who help with Border Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Oliver Springs paves the way for another one to be saved.
