Welcome Navi to the TLR pack! Navi is a 2 year old, bi-eyed Siberian Husky/Corgi mix who is fully grown at 40lbs. We saved Navi from a high-kill shelter in AL where she was picked up as a stray. It’s clear to see how she got away because, true to the breed, she’s a bit of an escape artist. Navi needs a home with a secure, tall fence. Navi is never to be offlead so if you don’t have a fenced yard you must be prepared to take her out in all types of elements. She loves to be with her people and snuggled on the couch and will need someone who won’t leave her for long hours each day. Navi is housebroken, crate trained and dog friendly. She loves to kiss her foster fur siblings and has a submissive personality. Please no small animals. Navi is extremely smart and Husky stubborn and oh so sweet! She is easy to train on her own terms because she is food motivated. Navi also enjoys the water and likes to wade out to her chest to cool off and when in the house she will hog the A/C vents. She’s independent yet seeks to be with her people for affection, especially during storms! We would love to see Navi go to a breed savvy home or in the very least someone who has done ample Husky research and understands the undertaking. Navi is an indoor dog and her favorite place to chill is the couch.
Navi is spayed and current on her vaccines. Anyone applying must be willing to travel to MD.
Foster mom updated on 10/21 - 'this is the most perfect husky ever! She is wonderful'. Enough said!
