R Pup5 ADOPTED MA's Story...
Meet Railroad Pup 5!
Railroad Pup 5 is a female brown and white Dachshund mixed. She was born July 18, 2008 near a railroad track in Bryant, Arkansas with 4 other sisters and her mother. Railroad Pup 5 looks to be very close to the Dachshund breed. There is no way to tell what the other breed is because the father was a traveling salesman. 9/3/08 Railroad Pup 5 visited the vet clinic and received her 1st set of puppy shots, fecal tested and physical. 10/3/08 Railroad Pup 5 visited the vet clinic and received her second set of puppy shots, health check up and fecal tested negative. 10/3/08 pictures taken.
Railroad Pup 5 and her family were picked upped by Bryant, Arkansas Animal Control. The entire family spent 7 days in the shelter until a rescue could be found. JTR was contacted to help. They were rescued 7/25/08.
Railroad Pup 5 adoption fee is $150.
Proceeds from the Railroad Pups adoptions fee’s will be used to help their mother, Railroad vet expences. Railroad has a cherry eye, needing dental care, spay, shots with rabies, fecal tested and if heartworm positive, heartworm treatment.
All puppies not spayed or neutered when adopted from JTR must have a copy of the adopters STATE I.D., DRIVERS LICENSE or PASSPORT, NO EXCEPTIONS. This is to ensure the adopted animal will be spayed or neutered before reaching 6 months age. Proof of spay or neuter is required and a contract is required. All adopters may use JTR’s local vet clinic to perform the low cost spay or neuter.
