Butterschotch's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with cats.

Butterschotch's Story...
Butterscotch and his 4 siblings were found in a yard on the East End of Long Island. They were about 3.5 months when we got them, some were very small but Butterscotch was and still is the Biggest of the crew! His Twin Izzy was very sick and he could always be found taking care of her. He's a sweet, shy boy that loves to cuddle with friends. He's pictured here with Izzy, you can see how he took care of her and how much bigger he is than her.

Our animals will be spayed/neutered and up to date on all shots before going to their forever homes unless otherwise stated. If interested in any of our animals please contact us at 516-832-8200, email: info@pets4luv.org or visit our website at www.pets4luv.org. We are always looking for foster homes, so if you are willing to open your heart and home to an animal on a temporary basis please let us know.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Butterschotch, a Westbury Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Westbury, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Westbury.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Westbury already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Westbury breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Westbury paves the way for another one to be saved.
