This wonderful kitten has nothing but love to give. She loves attention and loves to be held. She'll lay on your shoulders or sleep in your arms. She is a special needs kitty though. She is a blind kitten that needs lots of attention and care. She takes a bit longer to adjust to her new surroundings since she has to go through feel and smell. She also needs time to adjust to any other animals in the household, but doesn't take too long. She has a warm heart and excellent personality, braving her new surroundings with curiosity and excitement. If you are looking for one of the best kittens around, look for Ori, kitten 14125!

Please note:

  • Cat 14125 (Ori) is a Special Needs cat

About The Cat House on the Kings - Sanctuary

About Our Shelter...

The Cat House on the Kings is California's largest no-cage, no-kill, lifetime cat sanctuary and adoption center located on 12 acres along the Kings River in Parlier, California, which is in the central San Joaquin Valley, southeast of Fresno.

At The Cat House, our mission is to:
1) provide a no-cage, no-kill sanctuary for feral and abandoned cats and kittens for the State of California, primarily serving the Central Valley;
2) facilitate the adoption of cats (primarily), dogs and other rescued animals into safe, loving, healthy and permanent homes;
3) educate the public on how to become directly involved in improving the quality of animal welfare;
4) offer low cost spay and neuter referrals.

Come Meet Our Pets...

You may visit The Cat House daily, except major holidays, 1-4 pm, by appointment only. We also have an off-site adoption center located inside Petco at 4144 N. Blackstone at Ashlan in Fresno, which is open open daily 10am-5pm and Wednesday 10am-6pm.

Our Adoption Process...

All cats are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, treated for fleas and ear mites, tested for FELV/FIV and microchipped. You must fill out an adoption application and talk directly with one of our adoption coordinators. An adoption contract must be signed at time of adoption.
