CONGRATS ACHILLES HAS AN ADOPTION PENDING!

This handsome young man with the wonky ear is Achilles and he's looking for a new family.  His old family was wonderful and they loved him very much, but Achilles made his little human sneeze and cough all the time.   So now we have Achilles on the look out for a new place to call home.....one without allergies, please!  He is a great young dog with so much promise.  Achilles is housebroken, crate trained and he loves kids. Achilles does need someone who will  be a fair but firm leader and  he will excel in training

He is an all around good boy.  He is very smart; a quick study and he has that youthful energy that needs an outlet...Training will not only give him a good foundation in the basics of obedience, it will help to make him more at ease and bond readily with his humans. Achilles is waiting to meet you,

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Achilles, a Baltimore German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Baltimore, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Baltimore.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Baltimore already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Baltimore breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Baltimore paves the way for another one to be saved.
