Scrappy was turned into Animal Control by his owner in terrible shape. He had a couple of masses, infected ears, a bad tooth, and no hair. We removed the masses ( they were benign), pulled the tooth, cleaned up the ears, and Scrappy's hair is growing back nicely. It probably won't ever be a glossy thick coat, but his scrappy appearance, along with his expressive eyes, is part of his appeal. Scrappy really deserves a great home and is prepared to love you the rest of his life if given a chance.
