Scooby's Story...
Scooby was adopted just a couple of months ago by a busy family, and returned to us today because they said "a puppy is just too much work for our busy schedule!"
Scooby is a very playful, sweet, devoted, eager and happy puppy, ready and willing o learn anything you might want to teach him! We placed him immediately into our "pack" of 20-30 dogs who run the premises of 2 acres fenced, and he did great! Congenial and submissive with our other dogs, ready to play, well-socialized, he did well with children, and is a normal puppy for his age. Don't let this one slip away....EMAIL us to request our pre-visit questionnaire so we can schedule your visit to meet sweet little Scooby! He has all his veterinary procedures, and is ready to go home....hopefully with an active family with children!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Scooby, a Medora Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever for sale in Medora, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Medora.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Medora already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Medora breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Medora paves the way for another one to be saved.
