Skip's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Skip's Story...
Skip is around a year old neutered male Schipperke/Chihuahua mix. He weighs around 25 lbs. Skip is cautious when meeting new people but once he knows you and learns he can trust you, he is a funny and charming companion. He is a very sharp looking guy who will turn heads when you take him for a walk. He has a quiet side that just enjoys hanging out with you. Skip needs a physical fenced in yard and another doggie friend to help him transition and hang out with. He would prefer a stable household to help build his confidence. He would prefer an adult only home or a home with a quiet older child. He is not aggressive but young children just make him nervous. He is up to date on shots and wormed. He is already neutered. The adoption fee is $100. If interested in meeting this cutie, please email heritagefarms08@gmail.com or call the foster at 419- 367-9636 . When emailing please include information about you and your family including other pets.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Skip, a Liberty Center Schipperke/Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Schipperke/Chihuahua for sale in Liberty Center, or seeking a Schipperke/Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Liberty Center.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Liberty Center already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Liberty Center breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Schipperke/Chihuahua breeders who help with Schipperke/Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Liberty Center paves the way for another one to be saved.
