My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Little Scooter is a tiny 6 pound 4 year old Chihuahua. She is a super snuggler and loves to curl up in her doggie bed when she is not in your lap. Scooter was given up by her former family because they had too many dogs. Scooter tested positive for heartworms, so had to be treated to cure her of that nasty disease. She is now on the road to recovery and looking for her forever home.

Scooter knows how to use a doggie door and is crate trained and housebroken. She is an especially good listener and will curl up in your lap as you tell her all about your day and while you sit watching TV or work at your computer in the evenings.

Scooter has been spayed, vaccinated, microchipped and treated for heartworms. Her adoption fee is $250.00.

We are a foster-home based organization, and the adoption process starts when you submit your application. Once that has been approved, we can schedule a time for you to meet scooter.
